This policy explains what personal information Hexxorbit ("we") handles through this website, hexxorbit.com, and how. It covers this website only. Saturn, our HR and sales app, has its own privacy notice for the people who use it.
Who we are
Hexxorbit is a technology company in Kochi, Kerala, India. You can reach us at hexxorbit@gmail.com or +91 75599 05703.
What we collect
- What you send us. The contact form on this site does not send anything to our servers. It opens WhatsApp or your own email app with your message written in, and you choose whether to send it. If you do, we receive your message, your name or business name, and your phone number or email address.
- Basic visit information. Like every website, the service that hosts this site keeps short technical records of visits (such as your device's IP address and browser) to keep the site running and secure.
We do not use advertising trackers, and this site does not set cookies of its own.
How we use it
We use what you send us only to reply to you, to arrange a call or demo, and to work with you if you become a client. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Services we rely on
- WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider carries the message you choose to send us.
- The fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which receives your device's IP address to deliver them.
- Our hosting provider serves the site and keeps its visit records.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as we need them to work with you, and delete them when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. Write to hexxorbit@gmail.com and we will reply as soon as we can. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to us at the same address, and then to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
